Rouyn-Noranda est peut-être la capitale du métal du Québec, mais c’est aussi un des hot spots du punk qui s’illustre par le travail acharné de KeepHope Productions.
KeepHope Productions qui, avec Antoine Denis à sa proue, a soufflé les bougies de son 17e anniversaire le vendredi 18 septembre avec les décibels dans le tapis. Teenage Bottlerocket (Wyoming, USA), Doghouse Rose (Toronto) et P.O.P. (Rouyn-Noranda) ont été les invités d’honneur.

L’énergie était au rendez-vous dans un QG rempli à craquer de beau monde, de (presque) 7 à 77 ans.
On a aussi eu droit à un after-party avec Sudden Waves (Montréal), qui a amené un tristement célèbre cône orange à la fête!
Malheureusement, la job m’a fait manquer le 5 à 7 avec Stevie and Ginie Jackson chez Brio Microbrasseur, qui a marqué le début du party.
Déjà, on s’attend à un party de fou pour célébrer la majorité de KeepHope Productions en 2027!

Rouyn-Noranda may be Quebec’s metal capital, but it’s also one of the province’s punk scene’s hot spots, thanks to the hard work of KeepHope Productions.
KeepHope Productions, led by Antoine Denis, celebrated its 17th anniversary on Friday, September 18, with the volume cranked all the way up. Teenage Bottlerocket (Wyoming, USA), Doghouse Rose (Toronto), and P.O.P. (Rouyn-Noranda) were the guests of honor to the celebrations.
The energy was electric in a QG packed to the brim with a great crowd, ranging in age from (almost) 7 to 77.
We also got to enjoy an after-party with Sudden Waves (Montreal), who brought an infamous orange cone to the party!
Unfortunately, work kept me from attending the happy hour with Stevie and Ginie Jackson at Brio Microbrasseur, which kicked off the party prior to the show.
We’re already looking forward to a wild party to celebrate KeepHope Productions coming of age in 2027!
