Voici donc mes images!

Cheers!

Castle Rat is one of the most promising bands out there. They already have a pretty impressive fan base, and if they keep heading in this direction, they could become huge very soon, possibly the next Ghost… Stay tuned!

I had to see for myself as they headlined a highly respectable venue: Théâtre Beanfield in Montreal.

Those of you who were at the Bell Centre last spring saw them open for Amon Amarth. They delivered much the same show, but longer and, in my opinion, better. They now have several more shows under their belts, and it shows. Their talent is undeniable: each member proved it with a solo showcasing complete mastery of their instrument. The show is well put together, combining musical and theatrical performances.

This is truly a must-see band: a flawless performance! They have everything it takes to become the next Ghost and show the world that rock is far from dead!

CASTLE RAT

Opening the show, we were treated to the excellent Unto Others, whose sound blends elements of The Cure and Type O Negative! This is another band gaining more and more fans in Quebec. If you haven’t heard it yet, the band released an EP in 2025 titled I Believe in Halloween II, featuring a few classics of the genre, including their take on the theme from the Halloween film series.

We also caught an instrumental performance by Wraith Knight, whose music recalls Tangerine Dream, leaning more toward new age, but with a… metal look! Quite captivating nonetheless!

Here are my photos!

Cheers!
