Avec « Det Sidste Nådeskys », VANSIND propose une pièce de folk metal sombre et cinématographique, accompagnée d’un vidéoclip imprégné de thèmes de perte, de sacrifice et de confrontation inévitable. Ce titre marque le début de la promotion de leur prochain album studio, Hævnen.
« Det Sidste Nådeskys » raconte l’histoire d’une horde danoise de pillards profitant de l’absence du roi de Suède pour mettre les voiles vers le Svealand. Mais les femmes restées sur place ne toléreront pas l’invasion et préparent une défense rusée de leur territoire. Qui sortira victorieux? La force seule ne décidera jamais de l’issue.
VANSIND est basé à Slagelse, au Danemark, et a été formé à l’été 2019 en tant que groupe de metal à forte inspiration folk. Les parcours musicaux des membres sont très variés, mais ils partagent tous un amour profond pour la musique et la volonté d’apporter quelque chose d’unique à la scène folk metal danoise.
Le prochain album studio de VANSIND, Hævnen, successeur de Mørket, paraîtra le 1er mai 2026 via Mighty Music.

With “Det Sidste Nådeskys”, VANSIND deliver a dark and cinematic folk metal track, accompanied by a video steeped in themes of loss, sacrifice, and inevitable confrontation. The song marks the beginning of the promotion for their upcoming studio album, Hævnen.
“Det Sidste Nådeskys” tells the story of a Danish horde of plunderers taking advantage of the absence of the Swedish king to set sail toward Svealand. But the women left behind will not tolerate the invasion and prepare a cunning defense of their land. Who will emerge victorious? Strength alone will never decide the outcome.
VANSIND is based in Slagelse, Denmark, and was formed in the summer of 2019 as a folk-influenced metal band. The members come from very different musical backgrounds, but they share a deep love for music and a determination to bring something unique to the Danish folk metal scene.
VANSIND’s upcoming studio album, Hævnen, the follow-up to Mørket, will be released on May 1, 2026.
